Cancellation & Refund Policy

At 1800QBooks, we are committed to providing exceptional service. If you need to cancel your subscription or are not fully satisfied, please review the policy below:

 

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@1800qbooks.com.

  • Cancellations made prior to the next billing cycle will not incur further charges.

  • Please note: We do not issue refunds for partial months if the subscription is canceled mid-cycle.

 

2. Refunds

  • A 7-day money-back guarantee is available for new users only.

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services (e.g., finalized bookkeeping reports, processed payroll).

  • If services have been partially rendered, a prorated refund may be offered at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Missed deadlines due to delayed responses or incomplete information from the client

  • Services that have already been completed and delivered

  • Third-party processing fees (e.g., credit card or payment gateway charges)
